Workshop Changes, Transfers and Reschedules

Workshop dates may be changed to another date of the SAME workshop running the next month if there is space availability. In order to do this, you must request this in writing 2 weeks prior to scheduled workshop(s) registered for.

All Modeling Workshops reserves the right to cancel or combine workshops at our discretion due to limited enrollment or other circumstances. In this event, All Modeling Workshops will provide a refund.

Insurance

Students attending the workshops should be covered by health insurance. All students or the parents/guardians of children attending the workshops will be responsible for all medical expenses related to a student’s injury or illness.

Personal Belongings

I understand and agree that I am responsible for my own personal belongings at the workshops. I understand All Modeling Workshops and it's sponsors, partners, affiliates and employees assume no responsibility for any loss, theft and/or damage to personal belongings brought to the workshops.

Deposit and Cancellation Information

Due to high demand for our workshops, there is a $25.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit for each workshop registered for. Once our office receives payment, $25.00 of the payment for each workshop registered for is NON REFUNDABLE. We do not offer partial refunds for cancellations, late arrival, early withdrawal, suspension, illness or dismissal. Workshops cannot be prorated, deferred or split.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Check Fees

There will be a $35.00 returned check fee for all checks returned. Any legal costs incurred by ALL Modeling Workshops and it's sponsors, partners, affiliates and employees to collect unpaid fees will be the responsibility of the person signing the registration form.

Waiver of Liability

All Modeling Workshops and it's sponsors, partners, affiliates and employees cannot be held liable for "any" injuries that may incur during any workshops sponsored by us or held on or off our premises.

Photo and Video Release

I understand that all photographs taken at All Modeling Workshops remain the property of, and under copyright to All Modeling Workshops. I give All Modeling Workshops permission to use any photo or video image of my child or myself for the purpose of advertising and/or marketing All Modeling Workshops.

Confirmation

Once our office receives and processes your completed registration forms and payment, you will be sent a confirmation letter.

I have read all information stated in this registration document.  I also understand and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth therein.

I also understand that registering and taking a workshop(s) does not automatically mean I am represented by and All Modeling Workshops or it's sponsors, partners, affiliates, etc… and our name may not be used for unofficial use.  All Modeling Workshops are separate entities from its sponsors, partners and affiliates.

I fully understand and agree by participating in our workshops does NOT guarantee any modeling jobs and that it's strictly for educational purposes.
